My roommate Ellen's dad is really sick.  I don't actually know what's wrong with him because she didn't tell me, and Jeanette doesn't think it's her place to tell me (I agree), but I know he's in the hospital and she was absolutely distraught when she came home for about 2 minutes Thursday night before heading back to Brooklyn.  I just keep praying he'll get better, but I'm so scared.
